No, we serve the Houston community and surrounding areas. 

The University Learning Center is a single-story brick building located on the corner of Rosewood & Canfield streets. There is a gated lot directly across the street.

Do not park at the church parking lot on the other side of the UTC. Your vehicle will be towed at the owners expense. 

All payments must be submitted electronically at the University Testing Center. There are no refunds, please pay attention when scheduling your test. 

No, you do not need to make a trip Â鶹ËÞÉáµçÊÓ¾ç in order to complete your TSIA2. There are options with our testing services and in your home statethat will allow you to complete the required assessment(s). Please contact the UTC at Testing@Tsu.Edu for all available options. 

Please contact your Academic Advisor to address the issues with your Test - Hold.

The UTC is open Monday to Friday (8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.) and some Saturday's during high peak seasons. Our Testing hours are between the hours of 9:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m., however speak with our dedicated staff for any special case scenarios.
